The Lobbying Code of Conduct requires that a registered lobbyist must submit updated details as soon as practicable, but no more than 10 business days after the change occurs.

Registered lobbyists are also required to confirm or update their details within 10 business days of 30 June each year. The Register will send reminder emails to Responsible Officers when these updates are due.

A lobbyist who does not confirm that his or her details are up to date within the period specified may be removed from the Register.

As part of the 30 June update each year, in addition to updating or confirming your registration, each person employed, contracted or otherwise engaged by the lobbyist to carry out lobbying activities must provide the Register with a new statutory declaration (PDF, 37.2 KB).

A statutory declaration must also be provided when a new lobbyist is added to an existing registration as part of any update.
