About the NIS
The program will comprise a two-day symposium of plenary and break-out sessions, and a preceding day of interactive workshops that are open to delegates and non-delegates to register. Early bird registration for the symposium and workshops opens in November 2024.
The symposium aims to enhance the skills and knowledge of delegates to develop better approaches to complaint handling and investigative practice is the aim of the 14 NIS. The professional networking opportunities afforded to delegates is another valuable element of this renowned event.
